- We do not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
- You will have to contact the shipper for any lost or stolen packages.
- We do our best to ship in stock items within 2-3 business days. Delivery to major cities can be expected between 2-6 business days (excluding remote locations). All back-order items are shipped upon arrival and will receive priority processing. Please help us to provide fast and efficient service by providing all requested information at the time of placing your order and specifically a daytime phone number. If you need to contact us regarding your purchase, please also include your order number when doing so to help ensure fast order processing.
- Due to increased credit card fraud on optics, and high-priced purchases. Billing and shipping addresses must be the same. If a different address is required, ID will be requested to verify the identity of the purchaser.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions, and weight of the product.
- Shipping insurance can be purchased at the customer expense, please contact our shipping department if this is wanted.
- Free shipping is not offered to United States or Overseas addresses, a shipping costs will be calculated and sent to you before the item ships.
FREE SHIPPING is applicable to all provinces (except Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon Territory). Depending on what province you reside in, to get FREE SHIPPING, your order total will be different.
